How can you get there? This breakout session will explore strategies and an experience-based approach for both tactical and strategic planning for BPM, and delivering BPM within an agile environment. Discussed will be issues such as how to best leverage the project post-mortem, how to identify where you are in the BPM learning curve, assessing whether or not your BPM architecture is stable and a platform for growth, as well as whether your use of agile is just a thin veneer of methodology or whether the appropriate rigor is in place to realize productivity.
